I have tried Purity Products, GNC, and Carlson's Cod Liver Oil and within about 30 minutes after taking them my face becomes bright red and my skin feels like it is burning, even when I cut the dose in half. Purity Products was the worst for me. With Xtend I can take the full dose and I am fine. So for anyone who is sensitive to some of these products you might try Xtend's Omega 3.
